• Generate AI-powered recipe suggestions tailored to your taste profile
• Send important product updates (you can opt out anytime)
• Respond to your feedback and support requests
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform

Your data is stored securely using Base44's infrastructure, which is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers. Recipes and personal data you save are encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

ForgetfulChef uses a small number of trusted third-party services:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — Powers our recipe parsing, suggestions, and remix features. Prompts and content are processed per Anthropic's data usage policies.
• Cloudflare — Used for secure content delivery and our recipe image proxy. Cloudflare may process request metadata per their privacy policy.
• Unsplash — Used to source food photography for recipe suggestions. No personal data is shared.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability — export your recipe collection at any time
